This week we celebrate the entry of Jesus into Jerusalem. The first part of the Gathering focuses on the experience of the crowd’s enthusiasm and welcome. The second part of the Gathering concentrates on the passion shown by the woman who anointed Jesus. Will we be content with ‘easy feelings’ as the crowd showed, or are we prepared to go past the barricades we put up and encounter the depths within? The two stories give us this contrasting choice
