“Thrilling Theatricality” is a concert of new music performed by Mark Menzies (violin) and Liam Furey (piano), highlighting the dramatic expression of 20th- and 21st-century repertoire. Music is a tool of immense expression, with this programme representing that through gorgeous yet bombastic selections from canonic composers of old, to unveiled gems, finally to NZ and world premieres!
Come along to St. Andrew’s on the Terrace on Saturday May 06, at 3pm. Entrance cost: pay what you can! $5, $10, or $20
This concert will be recorded by Fergus Fry & Sean Metcalf, and Chris Watson from SOUNZ, as part of their promotion of composition within New Zealand.
