Mozart: Sonata no. 14 in C minor, kv. 457 Liszt: Après une lecture du Dante, Fantasia Quasi Sonata

A combination of classical guitar quartet, trio and duo music from the classical, romantic and 20th centuries, including tango’esque music by Pujol and up-beat contemporary music in homage to David Bowie by Australian composer Marian Budos.

The NZSM Brass Ensemble presents a lunchtime concert of interesting and easily digestible repertoire. Shannon Pittaway (Head of Brass at NZSM) will lead the ensemble through works such as Howarth's atmospheric imagining of "Greensleeves" and a brass adaptation of Gershwin's "Three Preludes".
